MIRO TRADE
Open-pit mine — documentary shot of mining infrastructure

International trade & industrial business development

Have a product, technology or project? We help you find the right route into Africa.

South Africa and selected African markets. Mining, energy, rail, industry and raw materials.

We don't just sell a report. We help you move from idea to conversation with the right partner.

Starting point

What do you want to do?

Choose a topic and fill in a short brief. Four steps, a few minutes. Every submission is assessed individually.

What we help with

Four things we do on the ground.

We tailor the scope to the topic. If a case has no basis, we say so at the outset.

01

Trade representation

We represent the Polish company on the ground: discussions, follow-up, presence with the buyer.

02

Market access

We check real demand, technical requirements and entry conditions before money is committed.

03

Local partner

We find and verify a partner in South Africa — including in the context of local participation requirements (B-BBEE).

04

Project development

We take the topic from the first conversation through to negotiation and decision on the end-client's side.

For Polish companies

Do you have a product, technology or expertise, but no way into Africa?

Check your project

No local partner

Without a local party, the topic stalls at the discussion stage.

No right contact

Enquiries reach random people and get lost inside the organisation.

Uncertainty about demand

It is hard to assess whether the product has real application and scale here.

No follow-up on the ground

Without local presence, the process loses momentum after the first meeting.

Who runs the topics

Andrzej

Around 20 years of work and business relationships in Africa, above all in South Africa.

He connects Polish companies with local partners and specific projects in mining, energy, rail and industry. The starting point is always whether the topic has a real buyer on the other side.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How are you different from classic consulting?

We don't sell reports. We work on specific topics: a specific buyer, a specific scope, a specific decision on both sides.

Why South Africa first of all?

That is where we have built relationships and industry knowledge over the longest time. We consider other African markets on a case-by-case basis.

What does the first step look like?

You complete a brief. If the topic is within our reach, we come back with questions and a proposed scope. If not, we say so directly.

How do you charge?

We agree scope and fee individually. Where appropriate, a model tied to the agreed outcome is possible. We do not publish rates.

What is local partnership and B-BBEE?

South Africa applies economic policy frameworks that favour participation of local entities in many tenders. This is a normal part of entry planning. Legal advice is provided by specialised advisors.

Do you guarantee a contract?

No. We are responsible for qualification, partner verification and introduction to the right counterparts. Commercial decisions rest with the client and the partner.

Do you work with small companies?

Yes, if the product has a genuine industrial application and the company is ready to serve a market outside the EU — including service and logistics.

What happens to the information from the brief?

We treat it confidentially and use it solely to assess the topic. On request, we sign an NDA before a detailed discussion.

Do you have a topic that could work in South Africa?

A brief in four steps. We come back with an answer after initial qualification.

What do you need?

We respond after initial qualification. Information is treated confidentially.
